Police searching for man who robbed Northwood 7-Eleven

Northeast Detectives are searching for a suspect who robbed a 7-Eleven in Northwood.

The incident occurred on March 20 at 2:25 a.m. on the 5200 block of Oxford Avenue.

According to police, an unknown black male entered the 7-Eleven, immediately pulled a handgun from his waist, and stated, "You know what time it is."

The 35-year-old male employee complied with the suspect's demands and gave him an undetermined amount of money from the cash register.

The suspect then fled on foot and was last seen on Large Street towards Granite Street.

No injuries were reported.

The suspect is described as a black male, 20-to-25-years-of-age, 5'8", approximately 150 pounds, wearing a black jacket, black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black shoes, and armed with a handgun.
