Police seek suspect in Center City Dunkin Donuts robbery

CENTER CITY (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police are investigating an armed robbery that took place at Dunkin Donuts Saturday evening.

The incident occurred around 5:40 p.m. at on the 1100 block of Chestnut Street.

The victim told police she opened the cash register after a transaction to give the customer change, police say that is when the suspect presented a gun and demanded money.

Police say the suspect made off with 150 dollars before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction.

Authorities say that the suspect is a black male around 50 or 60 years old and is 5'9.
