Police: Suspect rips cash from woman at ATM in North Philadelphia

Philadelphia police are looking for a man they say robbed a woman inside a North Philadelphia Deli.

The incident occurred back on October 16 th around 8:50 p.m.

Police say the 41-year-old victim was inside a deli on the 2300 block of Cecil B. Moore Avenue using and ATM, when the suspect entered the deli.

Surveillance video shows the suspect approaching the victim, and later grabbing the money from her hand, leading to a small struggle. The suspect took $190 from the victim, before fleeing in an unknown direction.

The victim suffered bruising on one of her hands as a result of the robbery.

The suspect has been described by police as a black male in his late 40s or early 50s, standing 6'2", 230 lbs. The suspect was bald with a beard.
