Powerball Jackpot Stays at $1.5 Billion

PHILADELPHIA- WTXF - The record jackpot for Powerball remained at $1.5 billion, the lottery said Wednesday. The cash payout remains $930 million.

The jackpot had jumped to $1.5 billion on Tuesday from $1.4 billion the day before. If there is no winner Wednesday night, the jackpot will reach $2 billion.

The number was released ahead of tonight's drawing, which you can watch on FOX 29 immediately after the 10:00 news.
