Pregnant woman among 3 shot in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Three people, including a pregnant woman, are in the hospital after police say they were shot in West Philadelphia.

The shooting happened shortly after 1:30 a.m. on the 5200 block of Webster Street.

Police say the pregnant woman, 18, and a 19-year-old woman were shot in the leg.

A 20-year-old man was also shot in the back.

All three victims were taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center and are currently in stable condition.

Police say they are reviewing surveillance footage from nearby businesses in an attempt to identify the suspect.
