Police: Stray bullet intended for someone else hits pregnant woman in leg

A pregnant woman was shot while walking out of a friend's house just before 10 p.m. Tuesday night in Nicetown, and police say the bullet was meant for someone else.

The 27-year-old woman, seven months pregnant, was struck in her leg.

Police said they think she was hit by a stray bullet and is in stable condition.

A 21-year-old man -- believed to be the intended target -- was shot twice. He's also in stable condition.

No arrests have been made.
