Six injured in Logan crash, light pole knocked down

Two vehicles were involved in an accident in the Logan section of Philadelphia early Sunday morning.

The incident occurred on Old York Road and Wyoming Avenue around 3:00 a.m.

Officials say that six people in total were injured during the crash with non-life-threatening injuries.

According to officials, four people were traveling southbound on Wyoming Avenue in a Chevy Impala. They were in the striking vehicle. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.

The other vehicle, an Acura, required two people - a male and a female - to be cut out of it. They were driving on Old York Road.

All six people were taken to Einstein Medical Center.

A light pole was knocked down during the incident.
