Suspect sought in North Philadelphia double shooting

Philadelphia Police are investigating a shooting that sent two people to the hospital in North Philadelphia overnight.
Shots rang out on the 1100 block of West Glenwood Avenue around 1:00 a.m.
Police say a 16-year-old boy and a 20-year-old woman were approached by a man who pulled out a gun and began firing at them. 
The 16-year-old was struck four times, including three times in the leg, and once in the elbow. The woman suffered a graze wound. 
Both victims were taken to Temple Hospital, and no arrests have been made. Police say the victims are related.
