Suspect sought in South Philly Pro-Trump vandalism

- Philadelphia Police have released photos of a suspect they believe is behind a number of vandalism incidents in a South Philadelphia neighborhood.

Wednesday morning, officers responded to the 900 block of South 6th Street where they found a home and three vehicles vandalized.

Police say they were spray painted with black paint writing that stated, “Trump Rules”, “Trump Rules Black B&%#$”, and the letter "T."

Photos of the suspect in this incident were released by police Thursday morning.

Kenny Klemowicz lives on the block. He says his surveillance cameras captured what appears to be a man with gloves checking out the street at 5 in the morning. Detectives think the vandalism happened after that. Police are reviewing the video for possible evidence.

Meanwhile, around 10:40 a.m. Monday, officers received a report of two swastikas' and what appeared to be German writing on the 1300 block of South Broad Street.

The symbols were painted onto the glass of an abandoned building, according to police. They have since been removed.

Wednesday afternoon, police responded to Broad and Reed Streets where they found a swastika spray painted on a utility box.

Police have not said whether they believe the incidents are connected. No arrests have been made at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
