VIDEO: Armed suspects rob bar, patrons in East Germantown

Philadelphia Police are looking for two men they say were involved in an armed robbery at a bar in East Germantown.

Last Thursday evening around 11:30 p.m. surveillance cameras captured two suspects entering Charlie B bar on the 100 block of East Chelten Avenue armed with handguns.

Once inside, one of the suspects went behind the bar and demanded employees open the registers, while the second suspect remained near the door and demanded the patrons get on the ground and take out their money.

Employees complied with demands, as did patrons, and both suspects exited the bar, fleeing in an unknown direction.

No injuries were reported during the incident.

Police have described both suspects as black males, standing roughly six-feet tall, both wearing masks covering their entire faces.
