Woman, 22, critical after North Philadelphia shooting

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - A woman was rushed to the hospital after police say she was shot in North Philadelphia Monday night.

The shooting occurred around 7 p.m. on the 700 block of West Russell Street.

Police say a 22-year-old woman was shot twice in the chest and once in the arm while sitting inside a car.

The victim was taken to the Temple University Hospital in a private car, where she was listed in critical condition.
