Woman charged in vandalism incident involving DA Seth Williams' vehicles

A woman has been charged in the vandalism of two vehicles assigned to the Philadelphia District Attorneys' Office.

The incident occurred on November 11, 2015 between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. according to a press release.

Two vehicles were parked outside of the home of the District Attorney and two tires on the passenger side of each vehicle were flattened with an unknown object.

After reviewing the case, the Deputy District Attorney of DELCO DA's Office approved charges of criminal mischief M3 and possession of an instrument of crime M1.

An arrest warrant was obtained and the defendant, 47-year-old Stacey Cummings, was surrendered by her attorney on Sunday to the PPD.
