PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- A Philadelphia woman has been seriously burned in a house fire in the city's Germantown section.

The 67-year-old woman's name hasn't been released. Her face and neck have been burned and she was suffering from smoke inhalation when she was taken to a hospital early Thursday.

Officials say the fire broke out about 12:30 a.m. They didn't immediately say what started it, but the blaze was confined to a second-floor bedroom and under control in about 10 minutes.
