Man, 42, found shot several times inside Kingsessing home

KINGSESSING (WTXF) - Police in Philadelphia's Kingsessing neighborhood are investigating a shooting that occurred early Thursday morning.

Officers responded to the 1900 block of South Ithan Street around 3 a.m. where they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in his living room.

Police say the 42-year-old man had been shot several times in his legs. He was rushed to Penn Presbyterian Hospital where he was listed in critical condition.

There is no word on what may have led to the shooting, but investigators are looking through surveillance video.
