According to investigators, Samuel James, who was charged with murder for the shooting death of Byron Turner on Saturday in Burlington City, has been apprehended in Barrington, Camden County. He was taken into custody at approximately 4:15 p.m. Monday. His bail has been set at $1 million.

James was apprehended at the residence of an acquaintance by members of the Burlington County Sheriff's Department Warrant Unit, working in conjunction with the U.S. Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force.
