Man in critical condition after being shot 4 times in Germantown

A man is in critical condition after being shot early Friday morning in Germantown.

The incident happened on Friday around 4:40 a.m.

Police responded to the 5200 block of Greene Street for a shooting and found the victim, a 26-year-old black male, on the 100 block of Hansberry Street.

The victim sustained two gunshot wounds in his back, one gunshot wound to his right arm and one gunshot wound to his left thigh. The victim was transported by police to Albert Einstein Medical Center where he was listed in critical condition.

There is no suspect description at this time. There is no motive and no arrests. The investigation is active and ongoing with Northwest Detective Division.
