WEST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - An overnight fire in West Philadelphia has sparked a major investigation.
The flames have since been put out, but police say they have one man in custody, as they believe he is responsible for setting the fire.
The fire started in a multi-family home on the 800 block of North 64th Street just after 3 a.m. on Sunday.
