Man recovering after grazed by bullets on neck, shoulder

WEST OAK LANE (WTXF) - A man is recovering after he was wounded by bullets, possibly stray ones, overnight.

It happened just after 1am in West Oak Lane.

The victim was in the 2100 block of Stenton Avenue, near Wister, when he was grazed on his neck and shoulder.

He is in stable condition and police are looking for the gunman.
