Camden, N.J. (WTXF) - The man convicted in the shooting death of an 8-year-old girl in Camden learned his fate. 20-year-old Tyhan Brown was sentenced to 51 years in prison.
Earlier this year, Brown was found guilty of aggravated manslaughter in the death of little Gabby Hill-Carter. She was shot exactly two years ago Friday.
Prosecutors say Brown attempted to shoot another man, but the young girl was caught in the crossfire while riding her bike.
