Man shot four times in Harrowgate

HARROWGATE (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police responded to radio call for gunshots in the 300-block of Westmoreland Street just before 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8.

Upon arrival, officers observed an unknown Hispanic male lying face down, unresponsive, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the back of his head.

Medic 39 arrived on location and pronounced the victim dead a short time later.

Police have not yet identified the victim or the suspect.

There is a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
