Man shot, killed in North Philly

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia police are investigating a shooting that left a man dead on the 1900 block of N. 25th Street in North Philadelphia.

It happened shortly before 4:15pm Monday and Tuesday morning, the victim was identified as Brandon Baylor.

Police say the 28-year-old was shot once in the chest and once in the groin. He was transported to Temple Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

So far, no arrests have been made.
