Man shot to death while sitting in car

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - A man sitting in a car on Old York Road was shot once in his head and killed, early Sunday morning.

It happened at about 5:45am near the intersection with Rising Sun Avenue in North Philadelphia.

The victim's name hasn't been released, but police say he was 40 years old.

Nobody has been arrested.
