Man stable after being shot in back, arm

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - A man is recovering after he was shot in his back and left arm overnight.

Police say it happened just before 1:30am on the 2600 block of N. Franklin Street.

The 31-year-old victim was rushed to the hospital.

Police say he's in stable condition and there have been no arrests.
