Media Police seek suspect in armed robbery of pharmacy

MEDIA, PA (WTXF) - The Media Police Department is investigating an armed robbery of the Murray Overhill Pharmacy located in the unit block of West State Street.

Around 2 p.m., a tall and thin dark-skinned man wearing a dark women's Burka entered the store, produced a firearm and stole an undetermined amount of narcotics.

The investigation is in its infancy, and the Department requests that anyone with relevant information dial 911.

No one was injured during the robbery.
