Police and family search for missing teen

UPDATE: She has been found and reunited with her mother.

A 16-year-old girl has been missing since the weekend and police in Clifton Heights are asking for information.

Lynn and Jim Watson are sick with worry. The last time they saw their 16-year-old daughter Breanna was Friday night at their Clifton Heights home on Fairview Avenue.

"I just want to see her face," Lynn said.

It's been more than five days now and her parents are especially concerned because Breanna has been without her medication.

"That's a huge concern of ours, you know, she needs it to be okay, and it this point," Lynn explained.

Lynn Watson says Breanna has left before, but never longer than 24 hours, and always contacts someone.

"She's just not that type of kid not to have any interaction with one of us," Lynn explained.

Her parents say she does not have her cell phone and has not been on social media. A friend reportedly dropped Breanna off at the steps to the Diamond Street Park around 2 p.m. in the afternoon on Saturday. That's the last time anyone had any contact with the teen.

Breanna's parents continue to search the area as well..

Flyers are up all over town and the Clifton Heights Police Department is actively involved.

Her mom has no idea why she hasn't come home and continues to pray that she's safe.

"The doors are open, the light is always on. And they will continue to stay on at night, so she can just come home," she said.

Breanna is described as 5'2" tall, weighing 145 lbs., with red hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue short-sleeve shirt, black and white pajama pants, and orange flip flops.

If you think you see her or have any information, you're asked to call Clifton Heights police at 610-623-3242.
