MISSING: Gold Alert issued for 19-year-old from Collins Park

NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (WTXF) - New Castle County Police are currently searching for 19-year-old Todd Dooley, who has been reported missing from the community of Collins Park.

Around 4:00 a.m. on Saturday, Dooley was reported missing after walking away from his home and making statements to a family member that caused a concern for his welfare.

Dooley is a white man who stands at 5'7" and weighs 150 pounds. He has short brown hair, blue eyes and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with gray sweatpants.
