Montgomery County gun show held 5 days after Vegas shooting

One of the larger guns shows on the east coast is taking place, in Montgomery County, just five days after the killings in Las Vegas.

"Guntoberfest" is an expansive gun show in Oaks, Pa. There are 600 vendors selling all kinds of weapons, including the AR-15 semi-automatic rifle.

Gun dealer Dave Zeller had several lined up at his table and sees no need to ban their sale.

At some point does the slaughterhouse get so bad these need to be stopped? "No, because it's the person that commits the act," Zeller told FOX 29's Jeff Cole.

Organizers believe 8 to 15 thousand people will come through the doors. The event costs 12 dollars to enter.

Promoter Pat McCarthy claims there was no way to postpone the show, "A lot of people would have lost a lot of money and this is their livelihood."
