(STORYFUL) - A fourteen-year-old boy was arrested, September 14, after he brought a homemade clock to his school in Irving, Texas. Ahmed Mohamed was suspended for three days from MacArthur High School and questioned by police, who have not yet confirmed if he will be charged with making a “hoax bomb”.
Since the story broke late on September 15, there has been a wave of support for Ahmed on social media.
The Dallas Morning News reported the story on the evening of September 15 and it quickly gained attention on social media.
