(FOX News)- According to the Boston PD, an officer couldn't help but praise a driver after spotting a car with a "PEACE" license plate.
The department posted photos of the license plate and driver on its Facebook page, describing what happened.
The officer said when the man pulled out in front of him, he happened to be thinking about Martin Richard, the eight-year-old boy who died in the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings.
A statue of Richard had just been unveiled at a local college. After the terror attack, a photo of Richard was widely circulated, showing him with a sign that read: "No more hurting people. Peace"
