A Woman and Her Grandson Clung to a Cross for Five Hours in SC Floods

- In a dramatic cell phone video on "Fox and Friends" this morning, we caught a glimpse of an elderly South Carolina woman and her grandson clinging to a huge cross during Sunday's floods.

Clara Gantt was making her weekly Sunday morning drive to church from her Blythewood home when she found herself in the midst of the flood.

Her car was swept from the road into a ditch in front of a small local church.

Her grandson, Travis Catchings, arrived with some rope and was able to force the car door open, but they became stranded as the flooding intensified.

Thanking God for His mercy and power. He put my feet on higher ground. Praising Him in the storms of life. Thanks to all who have prayed for me and Travis
