Woman posts series of photos documenting her recovery process from operation gone wrong

- After falling ill three years ago, a young woman is sharing her inspirational story through pictures.

Annie Moore woke up one morning unable to feel below her waist. From that moment, she began a tough and painful journey in a fight to walk again.

Moore had a spinal operation that went wrong after a car accident.

She has since posted a series of selfies, documenting the trials and tribulations she’s had to face in her journey to recovery.

The pictures show the handfuls of medication Moore has had to take, her legs covered in bruises, and hair loss.

Eventually, she shaved her entire head in support of the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Three years after that fateful morning, Moore posted a photo of herself walking through a park on a sunny day with a full head of hair.

“I still have a long way to go and I will always suffer with chronic pain, but at least I am alive,” Moore wrote in her post.

The post has garnered more than 200,000 views since it was first posted 24 hours ago.
