New Castle County police issue Gold Alert for missing man

NEW CASTLE COUNTY, Del. (WTXF) - Police in New Castle County issue a Gold Alert for a missing 22-year-old man.

Authorities say they were contacted Saturday, December 1 by family members of Joseph Arnold, after he made statements which caused the family members concern for his safety. Officers were dispatched to the family's residence on Waters Edge Drive, at the Waters Edge Apartments, where Arnold was last seen.

Arnold is 5'7" and 170 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. He has the name Danielle tattooed on his neck. Arnold was last seen wearing a gray Carhartt beanie, a tan Carhartt jacket and blue jeans.
