NJ native facing charges for death threats against Obama

MEDFORD LAKES, NJ (WTXF) - A Burlington County native is facing federal charges accused of threatening former President Barack Obama.

William Peterman, Jr. who grew up in Medford Lakes, is accused of posting on his Facebook page that he would kill president Obama back on January 10th.

Peterman was living in South Carolina.

If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
