Nursing home resident reported missing

Middletown, Pa. (WTXF) Officials are asking for the public's help in locating a missing nursing home resident.

79-year-old Annie Woodall was last seen at 5 p.m. Wednesday leaving the Fair Acres Skilled Care Facility in Middletown, Pa. She boarded the Septa #111 bus headed towards Upper Darby.

She is described as 5'2, 140 lbs and was wearing a tan trench coat and black pants. She suffers from dementia.
