Philadelphia police seek suspects in 7-Eleven robberies

Philadelphia police are looking into robberies that took place at two Philadelphia convenience stores, both 7-Elevens.

A group of guys allegedly beat a man leaving the 7-Eleven in Center City on the 1500 block of JFK Boulevard.

The incident took place just after noon on September 13, but police have just released surveillance video.

They say a woman accused the man of bumping into her.

Police say she then called over the group of guys who attacked that man and tried to steal his phone.

Philadelphia police are also hoping to identify two men who shoplifted from a 7-Eleven on Monday, October 2.

The two walked into the South Broad Street store shortly after midnight.

One of the suspects reportedly distracted the cashier while the other suspect grabbed items off the shelves and darted out of the store. The other man followed behind.
