PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (WTXF) - On #GivingTuesday, WMMR Morning Show hosts Preston Elliot and Steve Morrison are hosting their annual Camp Out for Hunger event at XFINITY Live! at the Sports Complex in South Philly.
The event is part of a week-long affair that aims to collect donations for Philabundance’s mission to fight hunger and malnutrition in the Philadelphia and Delaware Valley.
1 in 5 people in our area face food insecurity. A $1 donation equals 2 meals for our neighbors in need. Philadelphia Eagles safety Rodney McLeod was one of many local celebrities and sports heroes who made an appearance at the event.
Of course, the Eagle couldn't leave without talking about the team’s bold touchdown celebrations and dominant NFL standing.
