Police: 20-Year-Old Allegedly Raped 10-Year-Old Girl, Got her Pregnant

Wynne, AK - A disturbing story out of Arkansas, a man is accused of raping a ten-year-old girl, who is now pregnant.

It's an alleged crime in Wynne Arkansas that not only shocked the small town, but one that's sent ripple waves across the entire metro. According to Wynne police, Justin Smith raped a ten-year-old girl and got her pregnant.

It's a sad and terrifying story some say in this small community.

Over the course of their investigation, police developed Justin Smith as a suspect and then on Saturday officers with the Wynne Police Department arrested the 20-year-old on suspicion of rape and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Smith was taken into custody and subsequently charged with three counts of rape and one count of endangering the welfare of a minor.

Bond was set at $500,000 and the case was bound over to the cross county circuit court. Justin Smith will appear before the circuit court on Friday, October 2, 2015 for plea and arraignment.
