Police: DART bus struck by speeding car during police chase

Police are investigating after a speeding car crashed into a DART bus during a police chase. According to police, two men are now facing felony charges.
The incident happened late Friday night when officers tried to pull over 22-year-old Deiantsy Davis of Chester, Pennsylvania for driving a car with a "ficticious tag." Davis refused to stop and a pursuit was initiated. 
Police say the pursuit started at 7th and Washington Street and ended at 2nd and Monroe Street when the driver collided with a DART bus. 
Officers approached the driver and saw that Davis was armed with a gun. When the officers ordered Davis to drop the weapon, he immediately complied. 
According to police, nearly 14 grams of heroin were found in the vehicle. 
Davis and front seat passenger Dauwud Coles, 20, of Chester were taken into custody. Police say the two men were also treated at Wilmington Hospital for injuries from the accident.
The DART bus was only occupied by the driver who police say suffered a shoulder injury.
