Police Investigate Armed Robbery at 32nd Street Pub

Police in Northwest Philadelphia are looking to identify and locate two suspects involved in an armed robbery Monday morning.

The incident occurred at 2:30 a.m. at the 32 nd Street Pub on West Allegheny Avenue.

Police say a 59-year-old man and 26-year-old woman were inside of the pub, when two men entered armed with handguns.

Once inside, one of the suspects waited in the bar area acting as a lookout, while his accomplice demanded money from the register.

The employee complied with the suspect's demands, and gave up an undetermined amount of money. The suspect then directed the employee into the back office, where more money was taken.

The suspects then fled the scene on foot, and were last seen heading west on Allegheny Avenue.

No injuries were reported during the incident.

The suspects have been described as black males, both standing 5'9", with a thin build.
