Police: Man, 82, with dementia missing almost a week

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - An 82-year-old man is missing and police are asking for your help, in case you've seen him.

Philadelphia police say Elwood Baumeister suffers from dementia.

He was last seen in the 1200 block of West Lehigh Avenue last Tuesday. That's almost a week ago.

Elwood is described as 5'7″ tall, weighing 118 lbs., with a thin build, blue eyes, light complexion, and balding white hair, balding.

He was last seen wearing black pants and a black hat with a white "W" on it.

Police also say he frequents the Suburban Station area.
