The incident happened back on June 16 when police responded to reports of gunshots late at night in the area of Carson Alley, behind 330 E. Penn Street in Norristown.
Police were called again later that night and reported 30 minutes later to the 300 block of Carson Ally for a reported body lying on the ground. Officials say officers found the victim deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.
