Police: Man secretly recorded another man in Chick-fil-A bathroom

Marlton, NJ (WTXF) - Police say they are investigating a report of a man secretly recording another man while inside the restroom at a Chick-fil-A in Marlton, New Jersey.

It allegedly happened on July 20 shortly after 1:35 p.m. at the Chick-fil-A located at 220 N. Rt 73 in Marlton, NJ.

The victim told managers and then police that he saw someone recording him through the space in the stall of the bathroom. When he came out, he said he confronted the man, who ran outside, jumped into his car and drove away, according to police.

A Chick-fil-A spokesperson said, "There's a pending investigation involving an incident at the restaurant in Marlton. We are cooperating fully with the local police department."

Police are calling him a suspicious person of interest.
