Police Officers Get Tattoos to Honor Fallen Deputies

Officers are filing into the Prison Break Tattoo Shop to get a blue line tattoo, the symbol of brotherhood, forever etched on their bodies.

The officers say the blue line is to honor fallen heroes, like Deputy Darren Goforth.

Among those coming into the parlor to get a blue line tattoo - was Kim Martin, the wife of fallen Houston Police Officer Richard Martin.

Their son Tyler has formed a special bond with Henry Canales Junior - who also lost his dad in the line of duty.

"Like my dad, I wish I could go back," said Canales. "But I mean you try to live like he would want to live it."

A large part of the Prison Break business is from first responders. The business is now handing out bracelets, and says a portion of the proceeds for every tattoo goes to the 100 club.
