Police search for man accused of taking upskirt photos with phone

Upper Darby, Pa. (WTXF) Police say a man used his phone to take photos underneath a woman's skirt.

According to police, on Tuesday May 10 shortly before 12 p.m., a woman entered the Pretzel Factory on 69th Street in Upper Darby. Police say while the female was waiting to make a purchase, a man used a cell phone to take several 'up the skirt' photographs of the victim.

Investigators say the victim felt the male brush her leg and then confronted the man. When confronted the male flees on 69th Street towards Walnut Street, according to police.

The male was last seen running on Walnut St towards Barrington Rd. Additional video obtained by police shows the man start t follow the victim in the area of 69th and Walnut Streets.

Police describe the man as approximately 5'9" -5'10", medium build in his early 20's, goatee/bear, wearing all black clothing and a North Face jacket.
