Police continue search for missing 14-year-old

Exton, Pa. (WTXF) West Whiteland Township Police are asking for the public's help in locating missing juvenile.

Police say 14-year-old John Thomas Parker walked away from the Devereux Leo Kanner Learning Center at 2:30 p.m. on February 9, 2016. The facility is for children with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Parker is a 14-year-old African American Male. He is 5'7" tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds. He also has tattoos on his left arm.

According to police, it is possible that Parker walked to a nearby train station in an attempt to leave the area. His family resides in Washington, D.C. and they have been notified. Parker was captured on surveillance video as he was leaving the facility.

He was wearing a t-shirt, jeans and black sneakers. He was also wearing a bright green backpack.

He has not been in contact with his family, and is not believed to have his cell phone.
