Police search for wanted burglary suspect in Atlantic City

The Atlantic City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a male wanted for burglarizing a local convenience store.

Phillip Campos, who also uses the name Willy Campos, is wanted for burglary and theft after burglarizing the Cedar Market convenience store located at 101 North Rhode Island Avenue on October 1, 2017.

Campos stole cash and cigarettes before fleeing the store. He has not been arrested on these charges and we are asking for the community's assistance in locating him.

Campos was recently arrested while burglarizing another Cedar Market located at 1125 Arctic Avenue. On September 7, at 2:41 a.m., patrol officers responded to the store for an activated burglar alarm. Arriving officers observed someone inside the store and established an outer perimeter.
