Police: Teen discovers he was shot while sitting on SEPTA bus

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) Police are investigating a shooting that left a teen wounded in the city's Germantown section.

The shooting happened shortly before 4:30 p.m. Friday.

Police say a 16-year-old boy discovered that he was shot while sitting on a SEPTA bus. According to police, he's unsure where he was shot, but he was not shot while on the bus.

Authorities say the teen was shot twice in the upper right leg and was transported to Einstein where he's in stable condition.

So far, no arrests have been made.
