FOX 29 airs pre-produced public service announcements on behalf of non-profit, 501-C-3 registered organizations. We accept Beta, Beta SP and DVC-Pro format videotapes. Spot lengths should be 05, 10, 15, 20, 30 or 60-seconds in length.
To submit a public service announcement for airing, email or mail a script or storyboard, cover letter/organizational backgrounder, and copy of the organization's 501-C-3 form along with the videotape or FTP URL address and password to the FOX 29 community affairs department firstname.lastname@example.org
No PSA will be considered for air without the materials required above. Send the information at least 6 weeks before the desired air date.
FOX 29 does not provide performance affidavits for public service announcements.
