Slow-going on I-95 southbound towards Center City

There's traffic trouble on I-95 for folks in Northeast Philadelphia and Bucks County heading into Center City.

FOX 29's Bob Kelly reports there's a disabled vehicle in southbound the left lane at Allegheny Avenue, heading into the construction zone.

At 6:30am, it was expected to take 19 minutes to drive from Woodhaven Avenue to the Vine Street Expressway (I-676).

By 8am, that time had jumped way up to 35 minutes.

Further south, Delaware authorities say a crash closed southbound I-495 in the Wilmington area. Delaware State Police said one vehicle crashed north of Edgemoor Road. The driver was not injured, but all lanes of southbound I-495 are closed and they're asking commuters to use alternate routes.
