Suspects Accused of Placing Skimming Device in Overbrook

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) Philadelphia police are searching for suspects wanted for fraud in Overbrook.

Investigators say three men allegedly installed a skimming device on the ATM machine at a Beneficial Saving Bank located at 7622 City Avenue.

The skimming device occurred on December 27, 2015, according to police. The device is hard to detect and is attached to a card reader, such as an ATM machine, and is used to read the unsuspecting victim's personal information like account, and PIN numbers.

ATM surveillance video depicts an unknown male installing the device. Police say the man later returns along with two other males to remove the skimmer and retrieve the information.
